Useless insurance from MTN

2 weeks we have been waiting for a new phone from an insurance claim. We've made the R300 payment and everyday it's some or other story. Are you going to replace the handset that was ****** and claimed or are your going to give ALL our money back that we have paid over years so we can go buy a new phone cos this is utter bull****. Never have I ever heard of this bull****. I want that phone this week still and you can be sure that we will be canceling our 4 devices insured with you and moving somewhere else. Quick to take money but slow to show up! Unacceptable
