Useless Insurance for cellphone contracts

MTN insurance claims are the worst. I claimed for my ****** phone over two weeks ago and they are absolutely ridiculous. You have to follow up a million times before they actually do anything. There is no guidance whatsoever on the process and how to go about the whole process. There is no sense of urgency. The whole point of having insurance is to avoid the tedious process of buying a new phone, but at this point I might as well do that because I know Cell C customer service is at least efficient.
