Useless insurance consultants
I have been trying to claim from mtn insurance from 23 October. The stupid insurance people are asking for their own insurance invoices from me. They have been sending me from pillar to post for an insurance invoice and I haven't been able to obtain these invoices. They have given me such pathetic service. To this day they haven't replaced my phone. All their insurance consultants are stupid and useless.

16 Nov 2020, 08:15This is very annoying. I have never delayed or missed even one insurance payment. Yet I'm being sent from pillar to post now. 3 weeks Iater, my device hasn't been replaced. They asking me for their own invoices which I cant obtain from the places that they have been directing me to. I have never experienced such pathetic service from an insurance. I should've just insured my phone with discovery. Nx!!!
