Useless insurance

They wouldn’t even get that one star if it was for me. I’m so disappointed and hurt by MTN paid for insurance for 3 years with no claim., no default and no bounced debit order. When my phone broke they don’t want to fix it they saying I didn’t use their phone number (SIM) card I got from them on the insured phone. No one told me about that when I insured the phone. I want my money back they’ve been getting. DONT INSURE ANYTHING WITH MTN. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I will definitely cancel everything with them. I have two phones insured Nxaaa so ****ed .
