Useless insurance

I had an unfortunate incident where I was ****** of my phone. 1 October 2016 I reported this matter to Police and MTN Cape road Port Elizabeth. After two weeks of silence from MTN insurance, I tried calling them (Cape road) and even send an email. Not once was the phone answered and I've been calling four or five times per day since 13 October everyday.Even send an email but no reply. Such pathetic service. I phoned insurance on 083 as well as 011 numbers, but to no avail. I have 3 contracts with MTN but it will soon change to no contract status.

Good day Mike. I am sorry to say that your investigation either fell on deaf ears or that you haven't done anything as yet. I was at the branch on Friday 28 October, 4 days after you said that you will investigate, but all that they could ask me is who helped me. Now if I knew the persons name, I would have told them. Even told them to go to HR and draw a time sheet for the people that worked on the 1 October to narrow it down. But clearly, satisfying your customer is not a priority to MTN. I was rather advised to resubmit my claim, which will most probably take another couple of weeks to be sorted out. Can't wait to cancel my contracts with MTN. Pathetic customer service indeed
