USELESS IDIOTS FRONTING AS CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT

Tried to log a call with numerous customer care agents. None of them could find my account on the system. I was told I have a "RICA BARRED SIM" THE FUNNIEST PART IS THAT I FORWARDED INVOICE AND STATEMENTS OF "SO CALLED Rica barred SIM" and they still couldn't find my account on MTN system. 12 days later a kid on the street showed me how to resolve my issue in 5 minutes, when he overheard me SPEAKING of how useless the agents are ... (6 Trained agents did not understand ENGLISH their OWN INHOUSE FAULT SYSTEM or PRODUCTS) WiFi is excellent, but "customer care" is....., NON EXISTENT!!!
