Useless has a name-MTN

I did an upgrade through MTN. I specifically told them I am leaving the country soon amd I need it for my wife. I asked them if my wife would be able to take the delivery if I wasn't available, they said yes. Now almost a month later, the sim has not been delivered and dsv won't help me unless MTN instructs them to deliver. O yes they gave dsv the wrong contact number too!
