Useless

I have been trying to upgrade my contract but every time their system gives a different price than the one advertised. All they say in the shop is it’s a system problem and they can not help me. How is it possible to be so useless maybe they think they work for Eskom. If they won’t help me what other choice do I have than going to another cell company.
