Useless!

Worst Service and Experience with call center I have ever had in my life!!! On Friday I wasted my time form 12 - 3 to try to get someone to help me. Every person I spoke to is ruder that the previous one!!! Incompetence and rudeness at the forefront in this company. Tried to help my 77-year-old employer who had a problem with her account trying to sort it out before they cut of her account. Nkosi the wonderfully rude operator just hung up on me!!! Well, done MTN after this I am so very happy, I am a Vodacom customer!!!
