Useless!!!

An absolute disgraceful 'provider' that isn't to be recommended - recharged with an international credit card to find out that, given I used 'emergency data' (R6) my money I used to purchase new data ended up in my airtime account, leaving me without data full stop. Customer service is a joke and the inconvenience caused is beyond comprehend-able and I strongly suggest that someone is doing a wake up call there since we're not living in the 90s anymore where such a lack of customer orientation and tech capacity would've been shrugged off. Changing providers and I hope others will do so too!
