USELESS CUSTOMER 'SERVICE'

What will it take for you to update my address details?? I've sent FOUR emails with screenshots. I've provided proof of address EVERY time I've updated or added a contract and yet monthly I receive THREE documents, each with their own version of a wrong address. Honestly, this is not rocket science!!! Your Customer 'service' email clearly isn't attended by a human... no service there....
