Useless customer service - cancelled internet package still gets debited

Useless customer service consultants all over. Had a month to month home internet package. It has been cancelled yet the debit order still goes off after the cancelled dates. Neither retentions nor customer service gets back to me - I keep getting a new consultant asking all the questions and my reply just goes into a generic black hole. Terrible!
