Useless customer service

Extremely bad customer service. Been trying to cancel my contract and switch to pre paid now for months. Every time I phone the customer support line you get bad music played in your ear followed by we are experiencing high call volumes. Expect to wait at least 35 -45 Mins and when someone does answer the phone the line usually drops and you need to wait another 45Mins to repeat the same bad experience.
