USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING

Very very bad client service as well as false advertising. Advertisment on site says R500 voucher with new phone,but upon receiving the phone the voucher was already expired. Going into store the lady said she couldn't help me. Also, was told before ordering the phone that I would receive a nice package including wireless charger,tripod and wireless earphones. Did not receive this either. Once again false advertising. Absolutely useless. After this phone will definitely terminate contract with MTN. Would have chosen another phone had I known they were lying.
