Useless customer service

My phone got ****** and I than bought a sim to do a sim swap, thier system couldn't process my request. I than called their call center throughout the week and they couldn't assist me, from the week of the 19 until 2nd May I have been calling and visited a mtn store at N1 city and was told that they don't do sim swaps and I should go buy one. I than called again and emailed my affidavit to two consultants Enginiah Thulare and Modiegi Motlhatlhedi and until today I have not got assisted.
