USELESS CUSTOMER CARE

The most USELESS customer care division in existence !!!!!!! i had an issue in connection with my account that was behind. i then contacted MTN Customer Care to make amends and pay my account up to date, the person which had helped me provided me with banking details to pay the money into. Only to find out my reference number is also incorrect and the account number provided is apparently isnt an MTN account either. Now its been 3weeks since the incident and the problem isnt resolved. I WANT THIS TO BE SORTED OUT ASAP
