Useless Contact Centre
i have submitted documents on a ***** case opened under my name at MTN , they have promised to sort the matter within 21 days but it has now been 1 moth and 2 weeks when i call the contact center they tell me that there is still no feedback from the ***** department on this matter , i am fed up with this case now i need a written letter clearing my name so i can be able to go on with my life .my account is with the legal team i cannot even pay for it as they say legal is handling this matter, i am already 2 months behind on my contract with them

We apologize for the inconveniences that you have experienced. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Feedback thus far on this matter is that the line has been deactivated. The investigation is however still ongoing. during this process please do not stop making payment to the account because your line will then be barred and you will not be able to use it. Once all this is done then any refunds that needs to be made to you will be processed.
Should you require any further assistance with your account, please write back to us and we will attend to the matter accordingly.

how long before for the investigation to be complete? will they keep me updated on this matter please.
