Useless communication/junk mail from MTN

I receive e-mails from MTN advising that I am due for an upgrade and qualify for special and exclusive offers however the offers presented are far from special or exclusive. I am also unable to reply on the e-mail for clarity. What a useless method of communication which amounts to nothing but junk mail!

I will contact Vodacom, Telkom and Cell C and hopefully find a service provider who does have contract specials that I can sign up for.
