Useless client care

I opened a contract in october and nobody bothered to do the debit orders I authorized, and nobody bothered to call to check, everytime I check at the store it shows as paid, now I want to change debit accounts and it's in default and has been handed over call center is useless, nobody answers. Can someone call me to fix this or cancel my contract because it is messing with my credit profile.
