Useless cancellations dept

MTN retentions department is the worst and MTN must look into it as there is no one to pick any calls. You hold for more than 30mins just waiting for someone to pick up. Its 3days trying to get hold of them and even went into the Mtn branch at The glen & they also tried to call but no answer. l requested a cancellation in July and up to date the contract is still open yet on the system there is a request for cancellation and a cancellation fee was charged & debited off my account. Mtn please look into your cancellations department even emails are not being responded to.
