USELESS CALL CENTRE!!! You have to hold on for your entire day to do a simply transaction

I am simply trying to cancel a contract for the past 2 days, They give me a ref no put me through to the cancellations dept and there I am holding on for 35 min and still no answer!!!!!!! and this is my 4th call !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have so many contract with them - I'm considering WHY!!!!!????????????????????????? ref no ***. Why have a call centre when your staff cannot do a simple transaction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
