USELESS CALL CENTRE

Again trouble with my long relationship with MTN. The call centre is useless. I renewed my husbands contract *** at the end of Feb 2020. We were promised a once off 20g promotional data. This has NEVER happened. I have called in three times now and get transferred from department to department until 5 people later I am back where I started. NO ONE CAN RESOLVE THIS!!!!!! USELESS - My last post I said I would never renew my contacts and foolishly did not learn from previous experience.
