useless call centre
Amazing how the cancellation department can't pick up the phone but I phone through for an upgrade someone answers within a minute. This is why i want to leave this pathetic company. Can someone that can help me get back to me. I refuse to pay for extra days when i want to cancel today and no one is interested in helping me.
