Useless Call Centre
<p>I requested an audit of my account due to unauthorised debits to me account. Tomorrow it will be week since I logged the request but alas, zero feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>Time to port my number and you will lose a customer since 2001, go figure!</p> <p> </p> <p>Next stop will be Consumer Council.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref: ********** 16 and ********** </p>

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
Thank you for your time on line.
We have sent to you the open items report that will reflect the invoices, debits, payment and balance.
We do pick up that the invoice for July balance is for R812.00, the subscription fee discount was not allocated to the account, The account will be credited for the subscription fee discount not received on the July invoice.
Note:
The system reflect that the subscription fee discount for R136.00 is only valid until 16-8-2016, on the invoice for August this subscription discount will not reflect due to the discount expired, so from August month the account will be billed for R812.00.
The contract has expired 2012-07-25. You may contact the Corporate department on 809 to assist you with a upgrade that will be best for you.
