Useless Call Centre

Query on why I have 16 hours anytime minutes but unable to make calls. 1 hour and 30 minutes of struggling with the so called \efficient"call centre later decided to go to an MTN shop just to get re-routed to another branch because \""we cannot do on line queries\""... (Without even trying - useless). Arrived at the other branch just to sit in a queue for 30minutes. I have been a customer with MTN for many years and have never been so ****ed off in my life. They can remove any statements of \""efficient\"" and \""customer care\"" from all of their advertising campaigns!!! USELESS!"""
