USELESS CALL CENTER AGENTS

On Wednesday the 20 March 2019 my mother was struggling to get a hold of MTN to block a number that was just ******, when I called my mom she told me and I then said I will try to get a hold of them. Calling and got through to ask if they can block this number it very important they told me no, my mom must call and block the number because you need to do a security check, I then said just block the number and MTN can call to verify everyting, he said no my mom must call to block this number. My mom tried calling numerous times but no luck, I started shouting and asked to speak to a supervisor and still he said no, my husband then took over the phone call and got the number blocked.

When MTN wants their money they get it but if you ask for a favour the answer is no, please explain that to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
