Useless

Mtn useless I call for an upgrade I tell the consultant I don't use the sim card so you need to contact me my number that I confirm with her. So my phone gets couriered with dsv and what does mtn do out the wrong number down so they can't get hold of me. Now I contact mtn on fb they don't give a **** don't wana help say I must call etc. I call dsv and still siting for them to get back to me and now I have to wait probably another 5 days for my phone when I ordered it on the 25sept. Just shows how much you guys care and your social media department as well. Oh and best of all I lost out on my Samsung pods because of your *********** staff.
