Useless arrogant mtn(mall of africa)

Mtn can you please train your staff as year after year our contracts are botched. Before we can get what we signed for in the store we have to go and fight with you. We are customers and you are treating like we are *******,im really beginning to hate your network. This year again i took 2 contracts for my kids note 20 ultra for 1099 each,you can imagine how much im supposed to pay,im paying 2200 for 24 months which is a lot yet the package i agreed upon is not it, funny enough it started being the correct one and it changed. I called mtn and its taking me from pillar to post now im told to go back to the store of which its a lot of time and petrol to go to,yet i did,i get there i meet the assistant store manager George who tells me lots of stories and tells me that they cant help me. I was helped by an agent called dikeledi who did her own thing now it looks like a ****. Your agents are r not well trained as its always something that they mess up,im so tired of this company for ******** us and not solving the mess,i have to pay 2200 every month for nonsense meaning im being **********. The arrogance of mtn especially mall of africa for telling me that i can even take them to court i wont win is absurd,it goes to show how they disregard customers and consumers complaints is not doing anything, its about time something is done about this arrogant mtn
