Useless App and website !

Why are your websites so far behind ! You get a message saying you can upgrade , check on the website put in your stuff and it gives you the date BUT then you go , were you must stand in a line because of covid and wait to be TOLD oh no sorry our websites are not right . SO APP and WEBSITE are wrong and out dated ! For such a BIG company you telling me your IT department cant get things done .
