Useless app and company

Useless! I am trying to pay a balance that MTN says I missed. Phone speak to an agent, line cuts. They block you from the app so you cant make payment. How am I supposed to pay for the shortfall if I cant access the app???????????????? Useless! I think it's time to find a new service provider
