****** USELESS AND UNRELIABLE SERVICE EVER

One of your advisors hung up a call on my ears after being rude though out the call. My airtime is gone and i dont have an answer for why. This is not the first time im complaining about this. I will be address it with the relevent guys( ICASA/OMBUDSMAN) and even take it more further.
