Useless and lazy bunch of mtn

I have written a review about MTN messed up my relationship with my insurance company and I see they say they have responded to me privately. MTN has hired a group of ******** lying and lazy bunch of useless people. Every time we engage I speak to a lot different people who demand same information which I supply. They have blacklisted my handset which I did not from them. No one from the whole MTN could tell me who and why they blacklisted my handset. All they can tell is that the branch has unblacklisted my handset. They informed my insurance company that they blacklisted the handset because I have acquired it **********ly giving my insurance a doubt that I have never owned that handset. I have communicated with useless people and sent countless emails with all the information they requested even now I have not received a response. All I need is who blacklisted and why blacklisted my handset in April.
