Useless and *********** mobile operator

MTN keeps sending me junk mail of personalised offers which are in no way personalised or with images that cannot be viewed. Nobody responds on the Customer Care and Retentions e-mail addresses so not sure the point of this. The CEO ignores my e-mails.

What a useless organisation! Time to move to a better service provider.
