Useless and appalling MTN customer

I've heard people complain about MTN customer care. Yesterday I had an unpleasant experience of how useless and appalling MTN customer care is. I tried to assist my mother in law to get her PUK number. I called 083135 numerous times from my Vodacom number, but alas! I could not get through to customer care. Thankfully I am Vodacom customer. Even a friend who uses MTN could not get through to customer care!!!! MTN is the worst service provider ever! I thought Cell C and Telekom customer, respectively, were useless, but the uselessness of MTN customer care is on unassailable astronomical level of ineptitude!!!!
