Useless Agents and Team Leaders

MTN and it's agents are useless. They've been sending one e-mail to someone up high for the past 7 months on an issue they started with. I wonder whose bright idea was it to issue negative status on my yellow bucks and that their *********** service has now left me with unclaimable yellow bucks I could've been saving since December with all the purchases I've done. What's more is that they don't seem to care whether it gets fixed or not seeing as everytime I mention it whether it's over the phone or on their "quick service" social media platforms. What a waste they're professional ********.
