useless agents

I have been approved for a phone contract and was told i will get my phone delivered in the next 10 working days i have since waited with no luck.sometime yesturday i received a phonecall after send emails to find out where my delivery was to my shock was told it was cancelled with no valid reason the agent then told me he will give me a number to call and find out of which i asked him to wait till i n get home to get the number he then called but dropped the phone in my ear i am extremely dissapointed in the manner MTN and their agents operate its sick.
