Useless after sales service!

This is a very awkward review as I actually quite like mtn and have been with them for 24 years. BUT

Hi. This is an urgent request for someone with some kind of authority to get hold of me.

I upgraded a 2022 black Friday contract in 2023.

Was assured I would get a refund for the monthly payment which went off during the upgrade process, which has not.

I was assured I would get the Disney plus 6 month. Which to date no one at mtn is able to assist with. (and instore suggest I call 135)

I was assured (on multiple occasions) I would be able to share the entire 200gb, which to date does not look feasible as its loaded as separate packages and only one is enabled for sharing.

I have had multiple frustrating phone calls and emails with mtn support, all to no avail. Each time being given a different story on something.
