Useless!!!!
I am on the road most of the day and on Monday morning my phone gave an error: SIM not provsioned:2 [#***6]. I eventually gave up on phoning them because you hold on in excess of 1 hour per time and then they cut you off. I went to an MTN shop only to be told that they could not assist me. Absolutely useless. It is now more than 24 hours later and I still can't use my phone. I am on the road and I need my phone ALL the time. What is going on at MTN - nobody can assist and the one person is more useless than the next. I need this resolved TODAY!!!!!
