Useless....

On the 14th of January I had a Data Contract "Cancelled" in Store, This was also the Cancellation Month for the Contract. It took me a further 4 Calls to the MTN Call Centre over the next 4 Months before they Migrated this contract to PrePaid. This after I pertinently asked that the contract me cancelled completely as I was not interested in PrePaid.

This Month (June) I was debited for the Contract again. Thus 5 months after cancelling a contract, MTN is still charging me for it. I once again called the help desk, took me 20 minutes to get to the Contract Call Centre, due to being "Migrated" to Prepaid and having to go through endless Teleprompts before being forwarded on by a PrePaid Call Centre Agent.

Let’s see how Long it takes the Cancellation and Accounts department to come back to me (Not expecting much actually) and what stories they have when it comes to charging me for at least 3 months that they shouldn’t have and whether they will reimburse those 3 Months.

If MTN is unable to cancel 1 contract on time and properly, How does the Nigerian Government expect them to cancel 5 Million of them...
