USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>I have been on so may calls since my first failed attempt at a sim swap, then my voicemails stopped working, it goes to the 112 emergency service everytime I call 100???? Ref # 175 248 023 and Ref # 175 249 122 </p> <p>It is impossible to speak to a line manager when I call in, they keep on wanting to escalate and escalate!!!! What part of the, MY VOICEMAIL STILL DOESNT WORK, do you not understand. </p> <p>I have had this account for over 10 years and your service levels have reached an all time LOW.</p> <p> </p> <p>GET THIS SH#T SORTED OUT</p>

We are going on 3 weeks with the same issue, OBVIOUSLY the voicemail service has been removed and reactivated multiple times. IT DOES NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!! Since you did a sim swap, which took 72 hours to complete, my voicemail system does not work. EVERYTIME I DIAL 100 IT GOES TO 112 EMERGENCY???? WHAT PART OF THAT, EVEN WITH ALL THE RESET OF THE VOICEMAIL ETC ETC DO YOU NOT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND?
