useless

i have now been waiting more than a month for my new iPad. Four times have I been told it will be here on a certain day but when I go to the MTN shop they simply don't have it, every time they promise they will call me to keep me updated huge surprise they have not called me once. When i ask them for a explanation they literally just pull up their shoulders. You can not even call the store to find out to find out whether they have your merchandise. So I asked for either the store owners name and number or their area managers details, their reason for not giving it to me is they don't know who the owner is and they don't have the area managers number. I wonder if they really think I will keep paying through my neck for this ****, time to try another network.
