USELESS

I gave my Samsung in on 2015/05/28 with a simreader that was not working. The phone was only 6 months old. It is now more than 4 months and I still dont have my phone. First the strike was blamed- but when we spoke to one of the other staff in the branch it seemed that the phone maybe never leaved the shop. The phone was then send away after which I had to pay mor than R300.00 as the wrong charger went with the phone. Three weeks ago the phone came back, but was still not working. I am really mad as I am sittting with an old Nokia on which I cant even read my emails. So for almost 5 months I have been paying for a phone I dont even have. They are also very unfriendly when you ask them where the phone is.
