Useless
I bought an LTE Sim card and wanted to do a Sim swap. Each an every time I called in and tried to answer the security questions. I was told that my answer where wrong and they cannot do the sim swap. How the hell can I get the 3 called number in called wrong if I called them last night, I gave them the date and amount of my last loaded airtime and still my answers are wrong.<br> <br> I literally regret why I even bought this LTE sim card. The one thing that I know is I'm moving to the other network services.
