They are invoicing me almost twice the agreed amount and it's proving impossible to resolve this. Jacob Rameetse was supposed to be assisting but he's not.

Ronelle will only assist me tomorrow with the information.
It can be that the contract discounts has not app**** or wrong code updated, once we received the information the package will be corrected and account credited for the difference in subscription fee
