USELESS

Mtn is useless. I ordered a wifi and router.

It has come today with NO INSTRUCTIONS..

I have beent rying to call 135 for 4½ hours its not going through.

There is no info online to help me setup.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE..

I shouldn't wait more than 5 minutes to get assistance .

Please collect your router amd cancel my contract. I don't want substandard service for the rest of the year
