Useless

I have a cellphone contract with Mtn and insurance which I have been paying since 2018,in November I was ****** ,I went to mtn store where they gave me a form and numbers to call ,since then no one calls me back nor email regarding my claim while I'm paying on monthly basis,today I called them they told me that they will send the email which they did now dated 3/02/2020 which I was rejected reason the mtn sim must be in the phone which it was ,so it's fair for the insurance to take my money for insurance that I cannot claim for,the fact that I was ****** as a customer and they have dont care attitude ,I want all my premium back since 2018 and I will cancel my insurance so that i buy myself a new phone, I've never been disrespected like this in my life and I will never renew my contract with Mtn if I have to be treated like this ,am waiting for feedback urgently and will send email to ombudsman also cause my right as a customer are violated .call me on ***
