Useless

Since May 2017 I have been waiting for my IPad upgrade and every time I enquir there is no stock. When I put my experience on hellopter I got a reply from Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane ensuring me the problem they had is sorted out and I will receive my order promptly, this was September 2017 today 28 December 2017 no one has any answers for me still. Just telling me they are not getting Ipads. Meanwhile I’m paying the price for a device while getting only a little bit of data, isn’t that the same as *****ing my money? I have never experienced such useless and inept service.
