Useless

Worst service ever! I app**** for a mtn sim only deal online via Mtn just ro be redirected to different call centers finaly got feedback from "mondo" regarding my sim only deal,

The deal i app**** for was 40g for 199 or something like that , thats perfect as i have fiber wifi at home so just needed it for when im mobile and not at home. Futhermore a call center agent phoned me back explaini g they have a better deal for me for 100g for the same price so its much better ro take this deal, done and dusted deal done. Futhermore 2 months went pass that i did not use the sim as i wanted to use the data on my current sim then switch over to mtn (paying it monthly as signed for) the day i wanted to switch no signal went to mtn store a gentelman explained to me the sim card provided is for a at home rooter and will not work in a phone! I was never told this and never sold a rooter

I then had to email and phone and facebook each and evry posible person just to be told "the matter is being looked in to"

Another 2 months passed and finally someone phoned me back they will look look into the matter as they need to go and listen to the phone recording and get back to me.

Another month passed a lady phoned me and said yes its there fault and the contract will be cancelled.

Another month! Now i get a sms ACCOUNT IN ARREARS AND HANDED IVER TO LEGAL DEP.

I phoned again just to be told oh no the contract is not cancelled!

I have been trying the entire day to get a person to phone me back! A manager of sales team leader !

With no susess, useless!
