You are so useless.. nobody answers your customer call centre number ever.... can someone just explain to me why i was billed R1012 this month.. i signed a contract for R679.. 2nd month my bill is high... some help would be much aprreciated..

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response to your post.
We've perused your account and see that you've been charged the hardware fee (handset installment) from Nashua Mobile for the amount of R156.97 excl VAT. We've now requested the charged to be deactivated from the account. You were also charged the mandatory upgrade fee of R92.10 excl VAT.
Once the charge has been removed, can we then request that the account be credited accordingly.
