Useless
<p>I submitted an online claim witn MTN on 11 August and it's been a month later and I still havent received a reply but MTN insurance does not forget to debit my account every month. I've called, emailed and went to a branch and still havent received any assistance. This is the worst service I have ever received and I'm stuck with a damaged phone. </p>

I missed the call from you insurance department on Friday please ask them to call me back. I've been holding for more than 20 mins for their call centre. plesae ask them to call me on my second number ********** if they dont reach me on the other number.
